You will learn about
- Mental and physical changes that occur with aging.
- Dealing with difficult behaviors and making routine tasks easier.
- Maintaining sound nutrition, exercise and daily activity for your family member.
- Community resources and referrals.
Support groups are for caregivers, friends and families of frail, special need or memory impaired seniors.
