Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Grievance Procedures.

This grievance procedure is established to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”). 

Grievance Procedure for Clients

Senior Concerns is committed to providing you and your loved ones with quality service provision.  If there are any program-related concerns with staff, activities, food service, facilities, or any other concern, please promptly bring your concerns to the attention of the Director of Programs or Director of Nutrition Services. If you have made a good faith effort to resolve your grievance with the above-mentioned personnel and you are still not satisfied, you may meet with the President of Senior Concerns.  If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, and your concerns are related to the Senior Concerns Adult Day Program, you may request a hearing with the Community Care Licensing Division.
