Social Media/Marketing Manager
Senior Concerns is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Social Media/Marketing Manager to enhance our digital presence and marketing strategies. This integral role involves creative communication, digital savvy, and event promotion, contributing to the organization’s mission of supporting the aging community and their caregivers.
Position Title: Social Media/Marketing Manager
Reporting to: President
Employment Status: Non-exempt, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Position Summary:
As a Social Media/Marketing Manager at Senior Concerns, you will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and maintain a robust online presence. You will play a key role in managing and executing our marketing strategies across various platforms, ensuring our message resonates with our audience and aligns with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Content Management: Oversee the administration of our website and social media profiles, ensuring all content is current, engaging, and reflective of our services and events.
- Marketing Materials Development: Craft compelling marketing materials for print and digital use, coordinating with vendors and leveraging design software expertise.
- E-Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns focusing on engagement, utilizing platforms like Constant Contact to reach our audience effectively.
- Event Promotion: Collaborate closely with the Event Coordinator and Development Director to amplify the reach of our events through strategic marketing efforts.
- Public Relations: Act as a brand ambassador, managing communications and promotional materials for various events and programs.
- Vendor Relations: Foster productive relationships with external vendors for printing, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media activity, website traffic, and e-marketing results to drive decisions and strategies.
- Board Support: Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including meeting coordination and documentation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Associate’s degree with a minimum of four years in an administrative role, preferably with a marketing focus or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro), Canva, Hootsuite, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding writing, communication, and presentation abilities, with a talent for storytelling that engages and informs.
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret data insights to guide marketing strategies and measure impact.
- Organizational Mastery: Proven track record of exceptional organizational skills, with an emphasis on detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creativity and Flexibility: Demonstrated creative thinking with the adaptability to shift gears in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative Mindset: Team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills, ready to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Non-profit Insight: Experience in the non-profit sector, especially related to fundraising and event organization, is highly desirable.

Home Delivered Meal Case Manager
Senior Concerns is hiring a full time Case Manager to support the Meals on Wheels and Home Delivered Meal Programs.
This position was developed to meet the needs of our older, frail, and homebound meal clients.
The ideal candidate has a social work degree or commensurate experience, is bilingual English and Spanish, and is a great team member!
This Case Manager will:
- Assist new meal clients in applying for the meal program.
- Provide outreach to all meal clients to let them know support is available to them.
- Follow up with drivers who deliver meals so they know what to look for and report back.
- Provide case management services to meal clients who lack support systems, have poor health outcomes or are identified as socially isolated.
This is a full time position Monday through Friday. Hybrid work available if preferred with some required office hours and home visits.

Hiring a fabulous caregiver to work in an Adult Day Care Program
Come and join our fun team! Monday – Friday 9:30am – 2:30pm
Our established Adult Day Care Program is in search of experienced and compassionate caregivers who understand the importance of providing high-quality, person-centered care to meet the needs of our clients. An understanding of dementia care is required.
Small groups of clients with multiple staff. This is a steady, consistent position where you will get to know the clients and their needs. We work as a team to provide fun and enriching activities and programs in a safe and clean environment.
Requirements:
- Current TB Test or X-ray
- Fingerprint Background Check
- Photo ID & Social Security Card
- COVID vaccination
- Physical and Drug Screening
Additional Requirements:
- We can provide all the required training including CPR, food handling, and working with people with dementia.
Responsibilities
- Lead activities and discussion groups for people with dementia
- Assist clients with personal care, including transferring and bathrooming, as needed
- Work in a team based, fast paced and fun environment
- Ensure highest client safety and well-being
Caregiver skills
- Experience working with the elderly
- Experience and knowledge working with patients who have memory impairment and physical frailty
- Ability to problem solve quickly
