Senior Concerns offers educational seminars and workshops on topics that pertain to family caregiving, aging issues and important resources and information. About Jordana E. Lawrence
Jordana is an Educator and Care Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association. She has been with the Association as an employee for over eight years, overseeing support groups and education in Ventura and Santa Barbara County. But before that she volunteered as a facilitator for almost 8 years. In fact, she has been involved in some capacity with dementia for 30 years.
Jordana came to be involved with the Alzheimer’s Association because of her mom, who had mixed dementia. Her mom passed away in 2008, and it made Jordana want to help others not to have to go through this journey of Dementia alone.

About Molly Rapozo
Molly Rapozo, MS, RDN, is a seasoned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a master’s degree and internship from Bastyr University, a leader in science-based natural medicine. With two decades of experience in integrative and functional nutrition, Molly currently serves as a health coach for research participants and private clients at the Brain Wellness and Lifestyle program at the Pacific Neuroscience Institute®.
Molly’s expertise in whole foods nutrition, counseling, and research enables her to guide clients in making impactful lifestyle changes. An enthusiastic meal planner and cook, she supports clients with various dietary needs, including Mediterranean/MIND, ketogenic/low carb, vegan/vegetarian, and low FODMAP/low fiber diets.
As the Senior Nutrition & Health Educator at the Brain Wellness & Lifestyle program, Molly leads group sessions, provides memory training, and educates the community through webinars, podcasts, and print media. Prior to joining PNI, she worked at a biotech start-up, leveraging genetics, blood analytes, gut microbiome, and digital self-measurements to help individuals achieve their health goals. Using data and behavioral science, Molly crafted personalized recommendations to optimize wellness and prevent disease.
With extensive experience in counseling individuals and families in various settings, including community clinics, the YMCA, public health, and local schools, Molly excels in making good nutrition accessible and enjoyable. She also offers support and accountability in sleep, stress management, and exercise.
