Dr. Jena Kravitz is a licensed clinical psychologist in California. She specializes in clinical neuropsychological assessment and psychodiagnostics evaluations of adults and older adults with a multitude of presenting challenges, including neurocognitive disorders, post-stroke, traumatic brain injury, neuro-oncology, ADHD and educational/academic disabilities. Her clinical focus is in the areas of adult and geriatric neuropsychological and psychological assessment, memory and executive coaching and cognitive rehabilitation for teens, adults and older adults.

Dr. Kravitz received her doctoral degree from Pepperdine University in 2006 after completing her pre-doctoral training in rehabilitation and neuropsychology at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine at the NYU Medical Center. She further specialized her practice completing postdoctoral training in geriatric neuropsychology at the UCLA Longevity Center where she provided comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to older adults across the span of memory and neurodegenerative diseases, as well as evidence-based memory training and supervision of doctoral level students. Dr. Kravitz was then invited to a hold a voluntary clinical faculty position at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine in the Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences, Division of Geriatric Psychiatry where she supervised doctoral level trainees in neuropsychology and delivered lectures on various topics in the field. Dr. Kravitz has held staff positions where she provided evaluation and treatment services in the inpatient acute rehabilitation setting at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and at Los Robles Hospital. Dr. Kravitz also regularly serves as a media expert.

Dr. Kravitz’ research interests include the identification of preclinical markers of dementia, adaptive strategies for mild cognitive impairment (MCI), brain fitness in healthy older adults, executive function coaching and skill training in post brain injury patients. She has published clinical research in the areas of brain fitness, chronic distress of older adults, and in the detection and treatment of MCI.

In 1986, Dr. Dial became the Medical Director of Livingston Visiting Nurse Association and established Ventura County’s first Medicare Certified Hospice. Dr. Dial continues to serve as Livingston’s Medical Director.

Dr. Dial received his Medical Degree from Washington University School of Medicine in 1981. His academic honors include election to Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha societies. He is a Diplomat with the American Board of Family Practice (1984) and holds Certificates of Added Qualifications in both Geriatric Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. His faculty appointment is as a UCLA Associate Professor of Family Medicine.

Captain Jim J. McHugh, a Newport, RI native, is a 1986 Penn State graduate and Naval Flight Officer with over 2,800 flight hours and 400 carrier landings. He holds master’s degrees in Computer Resources and National Security. Over a 26-year Navy career, he served in key roles including squadron commander of VAW 116, Chief Staff Officer of the Pacific Fleet’s AEW Wing, and Operations Officer on the Joint Staff at the Pentagon. He completed multiple global deployments aboard aircraft carriers such as the USS ENTERPRISE, ABRAHAM LINCOLN, and NIMITZ. After commanding Naval Base Ventura County, he retired in 2012.

Post-retirement, Captain McHugh served as Associate VP for Athletic Affairs at California Lutheran University and became Ventura County’s Veterans Services Officer in 2021. His awards include the Legion of Merit and multiple Meritorious Service and Navy Commendation Medals. He is a staunch advocate for veterans and those who stood beside them.
