Adult Day Program Manager

Senior Concerns is hiring an Adult Day Program Manager to join our team.

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Schedule: Full-time | Benefits Package Included

Senior Concerns, a trusted non-profit organization with over 50 years of service to the community, is seeking a dedicated Adult Day Program Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of our licensed social model Adult Day Care Program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for older adults, including those with cognitive impairments.

You’ll supervise a talented team of staff and volunteers, maintain compliance with California Department of Social Services regulations following title 22, and serve as the primary liaison for families and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Program
  • Provide leadership and supervision to program staff and volunteers
  • Develop and implement person-centered programming
  • Ensure adherence to licensing and safety regulations
  • Build strong relationships with families and caregivers

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience working with older adults, particularly those with cognitive impairments
  • Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology, human services, or a related field
  • Passion for serving the aging community
