Senior Concerns is hiring an Adult Day Program Aide to join our team.
The Adult Day Program Aide assists in conducting activities and daily operating procedures at the Senior Concerns Adult Day Care Program. A licensed social model day program under the California Department of Social Services. This role is a fun team environment that blends providing care to people with cognitive and physical impairments with leading fun group activities.
The expected schedule is between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. This position is based at the Senior Concerns Center in Thousand Oaks.
The idea candidate possesses:
- Experience in working with older adults, particularly those with cognitive impairments.
- The ability to identify and assist co-workers with responsibilities as needs arise to contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Skills in leading large and small groups and one-on-one activities energetically and competently.
