Adult Day Program Manager
Senior Concerns is hiring an Adult Day Program Manager to join our team.
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Senior Concerns, a trusted non-profit organization with over 50 years of service to the community, is seeking a dedicated Adult Day Program Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of our licensed social model Adult Day Care Program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for older adults, including those with cognitive impairments.
You’ll supervise a talented team of staff and volunteers, maintain compliance with California Department of Social Services regulations following title 22, and serve as the primary liaison for families and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Program
- Provide leadership and supervision to program staff and volunteers
- Develop and implement person-centered programming
- Ensure adherence to licensing and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with families and caregivers
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience working with older adults, particularly those with cognitive impairments
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology, human services, or a related field
- Passion for serving the aging community
