Senior Concerns Swings for Seniors at 4th annual “Par and Away” Golf Tournament, featuring MLB legend Mike Scioscia

Thousand Oaks, Calif.— Registration is open for Senior Concerns’ 4th annual “Par and Away” Golf Tournament, presented by Logix Federal Credit Union,  on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the Moorpark Country Club in Moorpark.

This year’s event features Mike Scioscia—two-time World Series champion and former Los Angeles Dodgers catcher and Los Angeles Angels manager—who will appear at the 19th Hole Reception & Awards Dinner beginning at 3:30 p.m. The evening will also feature a silent and live auction led by celebrity auctioneer Zack Krone. Reception-only tickets are available for non-golfers.

Proceeds support Senior Concerns’ vital programs serving more than 13,000 seniors and family caregivers in Eastern Ventura and Western Los Angeles counties, including Meals On Wheels, an Adult Day Program, a Caregiver Support Center, Senior Advocacy, and more.

“As we celebrate 50 years of serving seniors and family caregivers, we are reminded that our mission has never been more critical,” said Andrea Gallagher, president and CEO of Senior Concerns. “Support from events like the ‘Par and Away’ Golf Tournament ensures that no senior in our community goes hungry, isolated, or without the resources they need to age with dignity. This milestone year is about honoring our past while building the foundation for the next 50 years of care.”
