Senior Concerns CEO Andrea Gallagher Receives Prestigious City Recognition

Senior Concerns is delighted to share that our President & CEO, Andrea Gallagher, has been honored by the City of Thousand Oaks with a City Council Chambers Seat Dedication—one of the highest civic recognitions bestowed by the City.

This distinction acknowledges Andrea’s decades of leadership, her unwavering dedication to older adults and caregivers, and her profound impact on strengthening the social fabric of our community. Her work has helped shape Senior Concerns into a trusted, compassionate lifeline for thousands of seniors and families.

“Older adults built this valley, and they deserve to age with dignity and connection,” Andrea said. “This honor reflects the commitment of the entire Senior Concerns family—our volunteers, donors, staff, and board—and our shared mission of caring for our community’s seniors.”

We are proud of Andrea’s recognition and grateful for her steadfast leadership as we enter the next 50 years of service.
