Rosemary Flores- Gordon, MBA, joined Senior Concerns as director of the adult day program on July 14.
An expert in business development and program implementation, Flores-Gordon has worked with patients and families in the Alzheimer’s/ dementia arena.
Most recently, she served as regional director of the Alzheimer’s Association, where she helped to develop a variety of programs and services throughout  Ventura County , such as initiating the inaugural Elder Awareness Conference for the Latino community. She also created a caregiver resource fair and was elected president of the Ventura County Elder Abuse Prevention Council.
She serves on the advisory board for the  Ventura County  Area Agency on Aging.
Before joining the Alzheimer’s Association, Flores-Gordon served as program director for the Lancaster Adult Day Health Care Center.
