Senior Concerns will present a free seminar, “Creative Housing Choices in the Second Half,” from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tues., Jan. 28 at Senior Concerns, 401 Hodencamp Road, Thousand Oaks .
Andrea Gallagher, president of Senior Concerns, and Annette Broesma, a geriatric counselor, will discuss how life transitions like divorce, retirement or a change in health status can affect a person’s housing needs.
Topics will include established and emerging housing options, and how universal design and programs intended to help with daily activities may play a role in housing choices.
Light refreshments will be served. A $10 donation is requested.
